LibertyCon Europe 2022
LibertyCon Europe 2022, the flagship event of Students For Liberty, brought the largest pro-libertarian gathering in Europe to Cubex. Students, young professionals and expert speakers from across Europe gathered in Prague to discuss freedom in the context of economics, philosophy, law, education and technology. The atmosphere of the two-day conference blended a festival format with inspiring lectures, debates and informal networking.
The goal of LibertyCon is to educate and support individuals who advocate for freedom and to collectively inspire the realization of a “freer future.” After the challenging pandemic period, the event offered not only a rich programme but also a unique space for exchanging ideas and meeting like-minded people.

Dr. Wolf von Laer opened the conference with an inspiring speech that introduced the attendees to the atmosphere of LibertyCon and its mission.
Another speaker addressed the topics of freedom from both an economic and societal perspective, with the audience listening attentively.
The panel discussion "Bitcoin Revolution" attracted significant attention. Experts shared their views on the future of cryptocurrencies and freedom in the financial world.
The main hall of Cubex, filled to capacity, watches one of the key presentations. The large-scale projection and bold ambient lighting enhance the professional atmosphere of the event.
In the expo zone, universities and other organizations focused on education and civic engagement showcased their initiatives. Visitors had the opportunity to make new connections and learn more about new opportunities.

Economic education within reach. LibertyCon attendees had the opportunity to take home publications and materials that explain key economic principles in an easy-to-understand way.
The audience watches the opening speech on the main stage at Cubex, and the hall is filled with energy and anticipation of where the discussions on freedom will go throughout the day.
