1. Kooperativa Kick-Off Meeting 2025
The year opened with a powerful internal meeting for one of the Czech Republic’s leading insurance companies. Featuring dynamic keynote presentations, engaging leadership sessions and high-impact visuals, the Kooperativa Kick-Off Meeting 2025 set the tone for the months ahead.
The LED wall enabled stunning animated graphics, while the Chameleon Concept lighting helped transition the atmosphere between strategic segments, team-building moments and inspirational speeches. 2. Omoda & Jaecco Product Launch
A standout among Prague product launches, Omoda & Jaecco used Cubex to introduce two stylish automotive brands to the Czech market. The main hall was redesigned into a sleek showroom, emphasising clean lines, dramatic lighting and a premium yet modern aesthetic.

The venue’s high-speed fibre-optic backbone and reliable technical infrastructure supported uninterrupted workflow throughout the night. Teams set up in open-floor configurations, breakout rooms and informal lounge areas — each corner buzzing with innovation. 8. VOGUE Summit 2025
The definition of elegance and editorial finesse, the VOGUE Summit 2025 brought a high-fashion aesthetic into Cubex. The event’s staging incorporated modern design elements, sophisticated palettes and customised lighting schemes that elevated every moment.

9. Advik 2025
A joyful, colourful community celebration, Advik filled Cubex with anime, manga, cosplay, gaming and pop-culture fans. Each room had a different theme — from artist alleys and workshop areas to performance stages and photo corners.
The main hall became the heart of the festival, hosting competitions, community shows and guest panels. The event highlighted Cubex’s strength in hosting large-scale public festivals with diverse programme streams and high visitor flow.

10. World Yo-Yo Contest 2025
One of the year’s most energetic events, the World Yo-Yo Contest transformed Cubex into a competitive arena for elite players from around the globe. The main stage supported fast-paced finals, while break areas gave competitors room to practise.
The strong AV production kept the audience engaged throughout the multi-day event, demonstrating Cubex’s ability to host international championships with a vibrant community atmosphere.

11. LexiCon 2025
A celebration of fantasy, sci-fi and creative imagination, LexiCon brought themed exhibitions, author talks, gaming zones, merchandise stalls and cosplay showcases into Cubex. The atmosphere was electric and colourful, with each section immersing visitors in a different world.
With multiple breakout spaces and open halls, Cubex offered a layout that perfectly accommodated the festival’s multi-layered programme.

One of the key business conferences of the autumn season, Czech Retail Days 2025 brought together leaders from across the retail, e-commerce, FMCG and logistics sectors for a full day of insights, trends and practical case studies. The main hall featured a dynamic stage design with powerful LED wall content, crisp AV quality and a colour-programmable atmosphere that elevated every keynote.
