The sixth edition of this popular fitness event – now bigger, more intense and more entertaining than ever – transformed Cubex into an epicenter of energy, movement and pure joy. Les Mills Day 2023 by Form Factory delivered a full day packed with workouts, music and an unforgettable atmosphere that brought together hundreds of enthusiasts of all fitness levels. More than 800 participants joined nine high-intensity sessions led by 46 instructors, including six international presenters from Les Mills Nordic and Italy. The all-day program filled with music, lights and dynamic energy confirmed why this event is considered the largest fitness gathering of its kind in Central Europe.
Guided by experienced coaches, visitors took part in popular classes such as GRIT STRENGTH, BodyCombat, SH’BAM and BodyBalance, experiencing a unique blend of power, rhythm and community. The entire day carried the spirit of the motto “Movement. Music. Fun.” – perfectly capturing the philosophy of LES MILLS, which merges fitness, joy and positive energy.
