Cubex’s Capacity & Layout

Our main hall accommodates up to 1,000 guests and can be seamlessly divided into three smaller soundproof halls using movable walls—ideal for parallel sessions or varied setups. In total, Cubex can host up to 1,700 attendees across multiple conference rooms and meeting spaces, making it one of the most flexible and spacious event venues in Prague.

Thanks to our partnership within the Prague Event HUB, Cubex Centre Prague offers even more space and comfort for your event. Through a direct connection to the adjacent City Conference Centre and collaboration with Panorama Hotel Prague—just a 2-minute walk away—we can extend our total capacity to 2,112 guests and provide accommodation in 441 hotel rooms.

    Together, Cubex Centre Prague, City Conference Centre and Hotel Panorama Prague can accommodate up to 2,112 delegates. Cubex alone seats 1,700 across its halls and meeting rooms, while City Conference Centre and Panorama Hotel Prague add further capacity.

    How do I book multiple venues within the Prague Event Hub? arrow arrow

    Simply complete our enquiry form indicating your preferred dates, expected delegate numbers and any special requirements. Our events team will propose the optimal mix of venues and layouts and respond with availability and pricing.

    What AV and technical facilities are available? arrow arrow

    Each venue offers state-of-the-art AV equipment, including HD projection, wireless microphones, video-conferencing capabilities, high-speed Wi-Fi and on-site technical support. Bespoke staging and lighting packages can be arranged on request.

    Is overnight accommodation included? arrow arrow

    Overnight accommodation is not automatically included but can be added to your package. Hotel Panorama Prague offers 441 contemporary rooms just a two-minute walk from Cubex, with preferential rates for event delegates.

    What dining and networking options are on offer? arrow arrow

    Arkády Pankrác Shopping Mall, linked to our venues, boasts a diverse food court and a range of international and local restaurants – perfect for informal networking. For on-site catering at Cubex Centre Prague or City Conference Centre, simply place your order in advance. Our catering partner offers unlimited options and will prepare anything your guests desire, from buffet and plated meals to canapés and fully bespoke menus tailored to your event.

    How accessible are the venues? arrow arrow

    Situated in Prague’s business district, all four venues are a short walk from Pankrác Metro Station (Lines C and soon-to-open D) and served by numerous bus and tram routes. If you’re driving, convenient parking is available at Hotel Panorama Prague or in the Arkády Pankrác Shopping Mall. For air arrivals, you’re only a 30-minute Uber ride from Václav Havel Airport.

    Can you assist with event planning and coordination? arrow arrow

    Yes. Our dedicated events managers will work with you from initial enquiry through to on-site delivery, coordinating everything from room layouts and branding to technical rehearsals and catering proposals.

    Are there environmentally friendly options? arrow arrow

    As the most sustainable event venue in Prague, housed within a LEED Platinum-certified building, we flush with rainwater, source 100 % of our electricity from renewable supplies and implement a host of other green initiatives. We also offer digital signage, locally sourced catering menus and energy-efficient lighting.     To ensure availability – especially during peak seasons – we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance. For large-scale or highly specialised events, earlier planning is advisable.
