The 17th edition of the Project, Agile & Leadership conference brought together more than five hundred project leaders, agile coaches and managers from across Central Europe at Cubex Centre Prague. The two-day program, filled with inspiring talks, interactive workshops and practical case studies, confirmed why this conference is one of the most influential gatherings of project management professionals in the region.

Under this year’s motto “Measure to manage, assess to lead,” the conference focused on how the right metrics can transform project management, strengthen leadership and shape organizational culture. Participants took away concrete tools and strategies for data-driven decision-making, effective collaboration and sustainable results.

Organized by the Komora projektových manažerů, Project, Agile & Leadership 2025 once again proved to be a key platform for leaders seeking to transform how their organizations plan, manage and lead projects.

The entire organizing team behind the success of Project, Agile & Leadership 2025 was introduced on stage. The presentation revealed the amount of work, coordination and passion that goes into preparing one of the most influential conferences of its kind in Central Europe.

The closing part of the first day of the Project, Agile & Leadership 2025 conference was enriched by a performance of the Czech Philharmonic, which brought a festive atmosphere to the hall and provided a pleasant conclusion to the day.

Workshops and discussion sessions enabled a deeper exchange of views among experts from various industries. The practical sharing of experiences complemented the main conference program.
